Artworks purchased on monagabor.com are sold directly by Mona Gabor (postal address at Haltli 3, 6318 Walchwil, Switzerland). The offer and sale of artworks on monagabor.com are governed by the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Completing a purchase on monagabor.com – i.e. when pushing the “Proceed to PayPal” button – indicates that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions. These conditions are subject to change and may be periodically updated without notice. The Terms and Conditions published at the time of purchase are considered effective and binding.
Artwork Information and Availability
We have made every effort to display the colors of the artworks that appear on monagabor.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. For more information on an artwork, please contact Mona Gabor at email@example.com. Artworks offered for sale and prices thereof are listed on monagabor.com. If an item is no longer available, it will be labeled as “Sold” or “Out of Stock”. If an item becomes unavailable due to simultaneous purchases by multiple customers, we will email you an order cancellation notice (if applicable). In the case of a cancelled order, your credit card will not be charged, respectively you will be reimbursed.
Artwork prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices listed on artwork description pages do not include shipping costs. However, we offer free of charge shipping within Switzerland. You will be charged the price as shown on our website and the appropriate shipping costs in Swiss Francs. The exchange rate to your local currency is beyond our control, and we are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or credit card handling charges.
If you are ordering from outside of Switzerland please be aware that upon receiving the artwork in your country you will probably be charged your local VAT and additional customs duties. Please inquire at your local authorities about the additional charges that you might have to pay.
To place an order, follow the instructions provided on the site. Only customers who are of legal age and are acting on their own behalf can purchase items on monagabor.com. We reserve the right to evaluate and deny fulfillment of requested orders. If it is not possible to accept an order, we will communicate with the customer via email.
After an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of the item(s) ordered and total invoice amount, detailing product price(s) and shipping costs.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our PayPal site. Orders are shipped once payment is received. Items ordered are considered Mona Gabor’s property until the total invoice amount is collected.
Orders are shipped via SwissPost Prio (priority) once payment is received. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Currently, when ordering artworks with a shipping address within Switzerland we do not charge any shipping fee. At the moment for orders with a shipping address outside of Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of CHF 25.00 to cover the shipping & handling costs.

The approximate delivery time is an estimation provided by Swiss Post. We cannot guarantee that your shipment will always arrive within the delivery time stated above.
International orders are automatically insured up to 1000.00 CHF. If upon delivery packaging is damaged, please refuse package or indicate on packing list that you accepted a damaged package. If possible, please open packages in the courier’s presence to ensure the number of items received is correct and the condition of merchandise is acceptable. If the number of items does not correspond with the packing list or the artwork is damaged, please note it on the packing list. Once delivered to and collected at the specified address, artwork is no longer insured.
Revocation of contract
Right of revocation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days, without stating a reason. The deadline for revocation of contract expires fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by yourself, and who is not the carrier, have / has taken possession of the artwork(s).
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you are required to inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract in the form of an unequivocal declaration (e.g. by post, or e-mail): Mona Gabor, Haltli 3, CH-6318 Walchwil, email: at firstname.lastname@example.org
. You may complete the enclosed document or download the revocation form from HERE
and complete it – though its use is not mandatory – or transmit another unequivocal declaration via the contact form on this website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) of our receipt of your declaration.
To ensure that you meet the revocation deadline, please be sure to let us have your notification prior to the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
If you withdraw from this contract, you are entitled to a refund of all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs that may arise if you have chosen a different delivery method to the least expensive standard one offered by us), within fourteen days from the date on which we received your notification of withdrawal from the contract. For this refund we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed with you. In any case, you will not incur any costs in association with the refund. We reserve the right to refuse to effect the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you are able to prove that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You are required to return the goods (or hand them over to us) without delay, though in any case by not later than within fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is deemed to be complied with if you send the goods prior to the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You are required to pay the direct costs of returning the goods to us. You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods to the extent that the loss of value is attributable to an unnecessary use thereof for the purpose of examining their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You can request changes or the deletion of your personal data at any time.
